RETURNS POLICY

In any circumstance which you need to return any item(s), goods must be unworn and in the condition they were received. If goods are deemed worn or not in the original condition, they will be returned to the customer.
The customer has 14 days from when the order was placed to be entitled to a refund and 21 days to be entitled for an exchange of another product. We must receive the item(s) on or before the final date.

We intend on shipping orders within 3 working days of an order being made.

Next day delivery will only apply if order is made before 4pm


We ask to be please take public holidays into consideration when placing an order.

We ask all customers to returns items via recorded delivery, that way both parties can track the parcel and any damage caused in transit is covered.
